This is a no-drop club, so the group splits into a conversational pace and a slightly faster pace and nobody gets left behind. We run a flat out-and-back on the Harlem River greenway with the Bronx across the water. New runners are the point here, not the exception.
Bookings keep our Saturday running clinic free for kids at two Harlem rec centers. What's included
- Two pace groups so nobody gets dropped
- Bag drop at the start
- Post-run stretch and cool-down
- Route map sent ahead by text
Plan
Running shoes, water, and a phone if you want to track the route. We have a bag drop.
Show up able to walk-run three miles. We regroup at every turnaround so the pack stays together.
Every booking covers part of a kid's spot in the free youth clinic, which had 60 children enrolled last season.

April 2026
First run club where I didn't feel like the slow one. Devon actually waits for everyone.
April 2026
Good crew and a flat route. Wish it ran more than twice a week.
March 2026
The river at dusk is the best part. Came back three weeks running.
